See, hear and seal your lips

Feel, then heal, soul, body and mind

Then you'll still have a sleepless nights where you'll look for different points of view

But you must let go of the fears keeping you back from feeling strong

A true confusion that burns alight; burning is the flame of life

And time has run it's course, back and forth, not finding good in us all

But I won't let go of the fears inoculated in me

While I'm hearing truths, but my thoughts lie in lies, I'm kept from moving on into becoming sun

It's very hard to move ahead when loved ones decide to stay

So seeing ancient times, when the city was destroyed, Lot's wife became a standing stone

So we must let go of the fears inoculated in we

So our spirit flies with the breath that takes this life of pain away
