my blood got like 5 family lineages that you can still trace back

being an indigenous person

and uh

you know they tried so hard to kill us off

and they didn't really know how to take care of this planet

they didn't know how to love the earth

and so now the earth is killing them off

killing us off

you know its just kinda like

my generation has this sense of like-

impending doom

we know something's coming

its just kinda like

when?

how much time do we really got left?

both metaphorically and literally

we just sitting here waiting for the sky to burn
