Be Still (At Snapper)

Jesus, you laid down your head and trusted rest amid the storm

All around you, doubt and dread were laboring in their alarm.

But when they cried out sharp and shrill, you simply said, "Be still!

God who rested flesh and bone and slept upon his mother's breast,

Let us lie before your throne and join you in sacred rest.

When we our fleeting days would fill, we hear you say, "Be still!"

God whom wind and wave obey, oh, give us safety in the storm.

Come renew us day by day and keep us from every harm,

That we may rest within your will and hear you say, "Be still!"
