Step into the dark, past the midnight line

Where shadows twist and stars don't shine

The air's thick with the pull of fate

A nameless dread that waits, that waits

Neon signs flicker, casting pale

Ghostly light on a forgotten trail

Faces flash, strangers stare

Eyes like glass, but nothing's there

I'm on the edge of the unknown

Lost in a space that chills the bone

Time slips away, all sense is gone

Caught in the haze where shadows spawn

A clock ticks slow, a heartbeat lags

In endless halls where silence drags

I'm chasing whispers, voices stray

Down empty roads, they fade away

Each step I take, I lose control
