Meaning:
Glory to Lord Sai, the compassionate one who is the incarnation of Lord Vishnu in Kali age, who is depicted to be bearing the sign of "Srivatsa" (it symbolizes Vishnu's yogic powers) and the splendorous jewel "Kaustubha" (it represents the consciousness of all living things). He is none other than Lord Krishna wearing the garland of Sacred Tulasi leaves (Basil Leaves).
