Light Beyond The Shadows

I have a common sense to recognize good and evil Right and wrong To me, this means that no one should ever have to live in fear For the simple things in life Fear is the unknown, the waiting, the question Fear is the invisible presence lurking over your shoulder Fear is not having a home, a purpose, and no goal Fear comes as easily as the wind But what we don't understand is that we can control it Yet, there is a light beyond the shadows, shining hope for those who seek it We should fight for a better future A future together Have no fear And I have looked far and wide And I have seen those shadows My heart can feel this light And I have seen There's a light beyond the shadows There's a light beyond the shadows There's a light beyond the shadows
