You can figure out the way but

Little is fact

Longing for a clue is as simple as math

One plus one is two

You just think and react

It's now or never

Come out and take a stand

How can you be clever

Without making plans

Out here in the desert

Counting all the grains of sand

One small breeze and all you see will change the landscape

Shaping the creation of a matrix that is manmade

And machinelike

But it feels like real life

Just another dream right?

All the people talking woke

But all we toke is white smoke

What is hope when all were told is

'Why grow?'

Combining some of the mind

With some of the belly

Some of the heart

But being human is more than the sum of its parts

I know about the maze

I've been lost inside

I too felt the gaze of a hundred eyes

Wondered why? Why? Well

Let me summarize

Corner after corner there are walls

Small mistakes pave the way for fault instead of standing tall

Where am I supposed to be

Supposed to go even though I know it's just a ghost of me

Yes, I know about the maze, I've been stuck

In a haze and outta luck, adjusting to society

Why do these walls just hit me like a truck

In and out of shit I can't adjust to

Too much isn't simple or enough

I know about the maze, I know about the madness

A whole map inside my head but without the atlas

Find a flame to light a match to put out the blackness

It means the maze and madness are eating my thoughts

This search for inner purpose put my feelings on lock

It hurts but its the surface that's in need of some love
