I feel like ain't no perfect way For me to right my wrongs Like I don't have time to feel for real 'cause life goes on Feel inferior to pictures That I see on the screen Like my imaginations flawed And I can't live my dreams I feel devastated From falling flat And just short of my goals Like I'm weak and need to speak on things That no one knows To a stranger who can listen to my anger And dissect all of this pain Without thinking that they in danger Of losing they friend Losing they family or lover Not bracing for force Or saving face and need to cover up All of they wounds Me being real might just uncover Or skeletons in the closets Of those who was getting over Feel like every single move I make Is not enough Like being selfless really selfish And can not be love Feel like the only time I'm good enough Is when they fuckin up And now you need to call Dolla And I'm pulling up I think that's the issue I find value in helping others succeed But not in helping myself That feel too much like greed I pour until nothings left Only the air I breathe And consistently tell myself That that's all of the help that I need Lying to the mirror Closed doors Crying to the mirror Feel like if I could just do me My vision would be clearer Like if I had accomplished more before We would be straight Like if I had the perfect plan My purpose would seem nearer You ever felt like making time was still a waste of time Cause when it's time and you done made it Production ain't on your mind It's less about the grind And more about fulfillment Feel like if I could find some answers That would heal my spirit Or make me feel I'm near it Near a better soul Just need to feel I've lived my life Before the curtains close Just need to feel I've lived my life Before the curtains close
