Born of a virgin, in David's line,
A light in the darkness, prophecy divine,

Tempted in the desert, forty days and nights,
Overcoming darkness with divine might,

The blind see, the deaf hear, the dead arise,
With miracles and wonders, he opens our eyes,
"Do unto others as you would have them do to you,"
