Irrelevant Generation

I don't know what's gonna, you know

I don't know what my son's generation is gonna be like, but

It'll be fun to find out

Definitely gonna be weird, everybody's weird

It's not my genera- my generation is irrelevant

I was born in 1985, I feel like we're the most irrelevant generation

Because we're the last generation that had one foot in analog, one foot in digital

And I don't know how to make money in either era

I don't know how to invest

I don't know how to steal

And anytime I ask a fuckin' fourteen year old about Doja Coin

They're like, "Beat it, pedophile!"

I'm like, "No! Tell me about the monkey JPEGs!"

But I did, I made some, you know, I made some pretty adult decisions

Once my wife got pregnant, I quit drinking

Which, for me, that was pretty adult

Do you wanna know the truth? Sure

I mean, listen, I quit because I love alcohol

I love it, I still love it

I just can't drink the way I like to drink, which is competitively

I just knew I wouldn't be the type of dad I wanna be

Present, you know, attentive, energetic, all that stuff

So I stopped, so now all I do is I smoke weed and I do mushrooms

'Cause I'm a good dad

No hangover, I just ascend, touch the North Star

Then come back down and bestow the lessons I've learned
