Time With The Man

Sometimes the load gets heavy and you need to decompress

Take the world off your shoulders and the worries off your chest

That's when I shut it down, spend a little time with the man

Sometimes I get up early for the chaos takes its toll

Maybe open my Bible, give the gospel truth a scroll

And let the Word sink in

A little basking in his love

That's the remedy for perfect peace when the daily grind gets tough

Just do what you can do, leave the rest in better hands

And don't forget to hit your knees when you can

In those morning coffee moments, in the a.m. traffic flow

Maybe back porch after dinner when the sun starts headed home

No such thing as bad time
