Am I the only one walking in my sleep

Humming tired tunes lying through my teeth

Am I the only one who feels this small

Like a Carpenter Ant in a shopping mall

Am I the only one shaking in my shoes

I thought I heard you say we're all a dream

Just social cues in a dead machine

Thought I heard you say it's all been prepared

But when the lights go out I'm still scared

Am I the only one taking in the view

A hungry mouth and a dirty spoon

Am I the only one constantly confused

No the dogs don't bark and the birds don't sing
