So, we would often make jokes about our age difference

Citing the movie "Harold and Maude" and, ah

So when I put together this tribute I knew I had to do a song

From the movie "Harold and Maude"

And as you know that was a Cat Stevens soundtrack and

Cat Stevens was very important to us as we, we drove around

And the one I picked is a song that is about

Being completely authentic and that is a thing that Howard did

He was authentic himself and he fought for his entire career

So that other people could live their authentic lives

And if, if you're queer and you're out

We are all standing on the shoulders of giants like Howard

Who were fearless, ah, in pursuing that

So, this song is for Howard
