Today we're going to get into our toolbox

(So please to be able to welcome...

And try on a few different types of breath

First breath

Let's start by exhaling the breath out with a push

It almost sounds like the air is being deflated from a tire

An "SH" sound

Mm hmm yeah

use this breath to just rid yourself of any old stale air

Yeah

(Yeah that feels better)

The next breath

Is in through the nose, and out through the nose

Ujjayi breath

Sounds like a snore

Sounds like an ocean sound

In and out

(Amen!)

For this next breath

Let it be silly

Flutter out your lips

Use this breath to relax the jaw

In your wheelhouse, you have many different breaths

Many different styles to tap into

Have a happy journey

You're all acting like the sun is shining on the outside

But it's also shining on the inside of each and everyone of us
