Laser light upon my head

Breath of air, you wind up dead

Razor wire, bloodborne fear

News of fire, a desperate year

Flash of light, we wake at dawn

Streets ablaze, we can't see anyone

They breached the wall, the guns came through

Forced our way, lost our youth

A signal to hold, to light you up

Collapse into roles, try to toughen up

Foray by night, looking for anything

That we can use to force our hand
