Why do words change
One day they feel weightless
Until your asking forgiveness
And then the weight of the words that we say
Change and become relentless
When were in need of help it
Starts to feel almost selfish
Why do we hide in our silence
Thats the reason we fell here

But its easy to hide the truth
From yourself
When the fear runs runs through
And its to much to bare

To listen to anything
Its to much to take in
When my thoughts run free
There's no chance to breathe
The space to speak wears thin
I apologies
For the way that I hide my feelings
If you've seen me cry
Your one of the few that have seen it
And its true I know why
I'm this way but I cannot redeem it
I keep my troubles inside
That's where they say as they hide
