Churros in the Rain

It's pride month everybody

And you know what that means

The gay and bi and trans folks everybody in between

Are coming out to say hello

And so it's time I think you know

There's another group among us

It's kinda lesser known

Where we're all happy together

Yeah we're happily alone

We don't get those sexy feelings

All those urges aren't appealing

We're the asexuals and the aromantics

Not interested in sex

And never had a crush

And it's fantastic

Sure we don't feel attraction

But we still feel love

We just wanna be friends

And that's enough for us

We're not alone

In this great big world

It's like we found a second home

Well, it's like eating churros in the rain

And I know that it sounds insane

But they're hot and crispy

And my hair is dripping

And I can't stop grinning

And they're right here with me

And I know they'll never leave

Although this is all I want and need

I don't want hot and heavy

I don't want warm and mushy

I don't want sweetie baby

I just want someone who understands

And together

Together we stand tall hand in hand

So here's to the asexuals and the aromantics

Who aren't intrested in sex

And never had a crush

And guess what

We're still fantastic

Sure we don't feel attraction

But we still feel love
