Yellow Leaf

Yellow autumn leaf swirled by water

Carried away from me forever

Where will its restless journey end?

Just as our years.

Carry us into nowhere

No time to live, no time to breathe, no time to sleep…

The clouds alarmingly rushed across the gray sky

And somebody’s quiet life

Glided across the white mist of water,

Like a shadow of a great heron

Flying away forever from trouble

I'll close my eyes, I'll inhale the mist

And like the yellow leaf I’ll get carried away

Into that magical blue world

Where the years have no power over us.
