But the practice of Buddhist meditation helps you to look more deeply
And you discover that nothing is born, nothing will die
It's like the French scientist Lavoisier, he said
Rien ne se crée, Rien ne se perd
Nothing is created, nothing
Can die
With the practice of looking deeply
You will be able to touch the ground your being which is Nirvana
Nirvana is the reality of no birth and no death
And that is the greatest insight that you can get
And with that insight you get the greatest
Relief, non-fear, the highest happiness
Everything depends on our mind
And in Buddhism people used to say the pure land is in
Your heart People know by heart but they don understand
What it means In Christianity people do the same
Everyone knows and everyone says that
The kingdom of God is in your heart
But not many people experience the reality
Everything you look for, you have to
Look for it in the here and the now
Whether it is the kingdom of God, whether it is the pure land
Whether it is your peace or your joy
You have to look for it in the present moment
It means you have to stop running
And you have to oppose the tremendous
Force of the habit energy in you
Always pushing you to run to the future
And when you make the determination to stop like that
You stop for your ancestors
You stop for your parents
You stop for yourself
And you stop for your children
