I took the 6, I ended up on 28th

I got to work, my boss was being so irate

My girl's been dropping hints about a brand new purse

My grandma called, she said she needs a different nurse

I swear to God, late stage capitalism is a curse

See, we've been running and moving around

Still turn around and we're broke

Putting hours in by the thousands

Like what is this, a joke?

They've got W1's and W9's and W6 and 4's

What the difference is, who knows?

We're exhausted and it shows
