I want you to take the time to relax every muscle in your body

Lets just start off with your head

Feel your eyebrows muscles relaxing

Feel every muscle

Every tension that you may have in your face

Just slowly start to release

And start moving down to your shoulders

Make sure every muscle in your shoulders are released and relaxed

Lets go down into your chest

And into your stomach

Release every muscle and any tension you may have in those areas

Let every single muscle in you body be relaxed

Close your eyes and i just want you to pay attention to your breath

As you breathe in and out

You are everything that you ever wanted to be

Right here right now in this moment

God has put something so special in you

And all you have to do is wake up to it

And now is the time for you to wake up to that fact

Every dream every vision every goal

That you see for your life is now accomplished

You now feel how that feels

You feel how it feels to have all the money that you want

You now feel how it feels to have the car that you want

The home that you want

Every desire thats been in your heart

You know now that as you feel these things into existence

They continue to come into your world

Everyday you are getting better and better

Everyday you are achieving your goals

Everyday you are becoming the best version of yourself

In your mind repeat these words

I am I am I am

I am healthy

I am prosperous

I am everything I want to be

I am amazing

I am wonderful

I am the best version of myself

I am a light

I am love

Relax in that thought

Relax in the thoughts that you are right now everything you wish to be

You have been given the gift of light of love of mind and speech

When you speak you speak life into all of your situations

You always see the bright side of life

You always see the good in yourself

And as you continue to see the good in yourself

Others begin to see the good in you

You are the light in the world that you seek

Nothing outside of you can ever disturb your peace

You are grounded

You are special

You are the best thing that has happened to this world

I am magnificent

I am amazing

I am the definition of love

I am the definition of peace

I am prosperity so i have prosperity

I give what i want to receive

I treat everyone the way i want to be treated

I rest in that fact

Now just take a moment to breathe

Pay attention to your breath as it goes in and out

In your mind repeat these things to yourself

I believe in me

I acknowledge my own self worth

My confidence is soaring

I am not my mistakes

I accept myself unconditionally

I am proud of myself and all that i have accomplished

I am successful

I am a beautiful person

I deserve love

I deserve compassion

I deserve empathy

I am enough

I believe in the person i dream of becoming

I am that person right now

I choose to be happy

I choose to completely love myself today

I honor my commitments to myself

I choose faith over fear

There is no wrong decision

I am now creating my life exactly as i want it

Positivity is a choice and i choose to be positive

I am free of worry and i am at peace with who i am

I matter

I say yes to myself

Now rest in that fact

In your mind repeat these words

My past is not a reflection of my future

I am smart enough to make my own decisions

I am in control of how i react to others

I choose peace

I am courageous and stand up for myself

I will succeed today

My body is healthy and i am grateful

My life is a gift and i appreciate everything that i have

I surround myself with positive people

And they always bring out the best in me

I am allowed to take time to heal

I choose not to criticize myself or others

My potential to succeed is limitless

I forgive all of those who have hurt me

I am in charge of my life and no one will dictate my path but me

I am doing my best and that is enough

I have the power to create change

I know exactly what to do to achieve success

Relax knowing that you are everything that you ever wished to be

Not tomorrow not next week not next year but right now

You know that the key to attracting these things to you

Is already knowing that you are these things right now in this moment

Nobody can take away the gifts that have been given to you at birth

You are an amazing soul

You are an amazing being

Every night as you go to sleep

Go to sleep in the fact that you already are

Everything that you wish to be

And just watch how your life begins to change

Relax into these thoughts

Let them penetrate and permeate all the depths of your being

You are an amazing person and you know it deep down inside

You know that you have everything it takes

To be everything that you feel in your heart

You have been doing a great job

You are so much better than you use to be

Everyday you get better and better and better

All Is well

Everything you touch is a success

There is plenty for everyone including you

Repeat these things to yourself in your mind

Today I have great energy and i am overflowing with joy

My body is healthy

I have been given endless gifts which i begin to utilize today

Happiness is a choice and i choose happiness today

Everything is working out in my favor

I am proud and happy with everything that i say

Opportunities are everywhere for me

I am blessed beyond my wildest dreams

Life is easy and peaceful

I am consistently improving

I am highly motivated and ambitious

Everything I touch is a success

I am am magnet for divine prosperity

All the investments that you have are now profitable

Every dollar that you invest returns to you profitable

You manage money so efficient and with precision

You have all the money that you want and need

You are a gracious giver and a receiver

When you think wealthy thoughts you become more wealthy

You are surrounded by an ocean of money

And from this ocean you draw everything you need

You are a money magnet

Money is forever circulating in your life

And you always have what you need and more

It is your right to be rich

I am improving my mind body and soul everyday

I am making complete and wise use of all my resources

I am living in health

Money flows to me easily
