Seven sisters living quietly

The wild dogs sleeping peaceably

The moon low in the autumn sky

The April of my years came and went

It's just another morning

When I was young

I loved animals

In the honest way that a child can

Never felt so safe

As when you read to me and Ben

At the end of the garden

Right by the tree where I first learned to fall

I played and smiled

Oh Lord, when did I change?

But Dad, are you happy?

I feel out of touch

Well, the best man I ever knew

Kissed my mother on the forehead the other night

"It's gonna be all right"
