Der Multi-Instrumentalist Cosmo Sheldrake wurde mit ausgefallenen Indie-Pop-Songs bekannt, für die er zahlreiche exotische Instrumente wie das Sousafon oder das Didgeridoo einsetzt, Klangcollagen baut und Nonsens-Texte dichtet - er erinnert damit mitunter an eine Mischung aus They Might Be Giants und Syd Barrett. Der gebürtige Londoner tourte mit Johnny Flynn & The Sussex Wit und studierte in New York unter Bobby McFerrin Stimmimprovisation, nebenbei komponierte er für Film und Theater. 2014 veröffentlichte er seine erste Single "The Moss", ein Jahr später folgte die Debüt-EP Pelicans We. 2018 erschien sein erstes Album The Much Much How How and I.
