ATB ist der Künstlername des DJs Andre Tanneberger aus dem sächsischen Freiberg. Im Zuge von Remixen für Bands wie the Outhere Brothers, Technotronic und Haddaway landete er mit dem 1999er "9 PM (Till I Come)" einen europäischen Club-Hit und veröffentlichte noch im selben Jahr das Gesamtalbum Movin' Melodies. Ende Oktober 2000 erschien Tannebergers zweites Album Two Worlds auf dem Gemeinschaftsproduktionen mit Heather Nova, Enigma und Wild Strawberries zu hören sind. Mitte 2000 hatte Tannenberg die Single "Killer" neu aufgelegt - das war ein Remake einer Nummer von Seal und Adamski, bei der Drew Williams sang. Wie oben erwähnt, erschien Two Worlds noch im gleichen Herbst und daran schlossen sich eine Reihe von Compilations und Singles an. Im Jahr 2002 folgte Dedicated. ~ Jason Ankeny
